TELESCOPIC, SINGLE & DOUBLE ACTING, LONG STROKE & LARGE BORE, HIGH PRESSURE & HIGH TEMPERTURE, TIE ROD & WELDED, NITROGEN FILLED & OTHER SPECIAL APPLICATIONS.

REPAIR PROCESS

• INSPECTION: Each cylinder receives a thorough inspection prior to any repairs to determine the cause of failure. Components such as ROD, BARREL, PISTON, GLAND,
  BUSHINGS & SEALS are carefully inspected. This enables us to offer customer’s the perfect repair solution.

• REPACKING: All seal are replaced using OEM or equivalent seals that meet pressure and temperature specifications.

• POLISHING: Cylinder rods are polished to remove any minor surface imperfections to assure proper function.

• LIGHT HONING: Cylinder tubes receive a light hone to remove any minor surface imperfections to assure proper function.

• RE-RODING: Cylinder rods which are scored , bent or damaged in any other way beyond repair are replaced using the appropriated grade of chrome rod.

• RE-TUBING: Cylinder tubes which are damaged beyond repair or cracked are replaced using certified DOM tubing.

• FABRICATION: Cylinder pistons , glands & bushings which are damaged beyond repair or obsolete will be fabricated using the appropriate grade material.

• WEAR RECOVERY: Barrel & rod clevises are welded and machined back to factory spec’s for proper bushing fit.

• TESTING: All cylinders are pressure tested prior to delivery to ensure proper operation.
